Mixing Instructions

The Universal Mold Coat is a unique glass separator that requires mixing with latex or acrylic-latex paint and water. You can use any color of interior or exterior acrylic-latex paint, and only a minimal amount is necessary.

Proportions

- 2 parts Universal Mold Coat mix
- 1 part latex paint
- 1 part water

Steps

1. Combine 1/2 cup (4oz) of Universal Mold Coat Mix with 1/4 cup of latex paint.
2. Add 1/4 cup of water to the mixture.
3. Stir the water, latex paint, and Universal Mold Coat powder together until smooth using a brush.

Tip: If you don't have spare paint at home and don't wish to borrow from a neighbor, consider purchasing a small can of 'KILZ' from your local hardware store. We recommend 'KILZ' basic interior primer for its wide availability.
